Can I cancel my order?

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Can I Exchange or Return my order?

Damaged/Faulty Goods: If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please take pictures and contact our Customer Care within 7 business days of receiving the order. We will send a new item for you at no additional cost within 18-20 days. Failure to respond or provide the required information within this time will be treated as acceptance of the item in good condition.
Man-Made Accidents: We are not responsible for mishandling or man-made accidents involving the item you purchased.
Non-Receipt of order: If you do not receive your order after the guaranteed period of 30 days, please contact our Customer Care within 5 business days. We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping addresses.

USA Orders:

Our headquarters are based in the USA, however orders are shipped from outside of the USA and will take 14-21 days to be delivered, which includes 1-2 days for processing.
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing the order.
We currently provide FREE standard shipping on all orders above $50, which includes tracking.
If you place an order during holidays and seasonal sales, please allow 3-4 working days for the order to be processed and shipped.
We can only guarantee that your order will be shipped on time from our warehouses, we cannot guarantee that the order will be delivered on time as this is the hands of our shipping partners.

International Orders:

We do not currently ship to countries other than the United States.
