Shipping & Delivery

USA Orders: 

• Our headquarters are based in the USA, however orders are shipped from outside of the USA and will take 14-21 days to be delivered, which includes 1-2 days for processing. 
• All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing the order. 
• We currently provide FREE standard shipping on all orders above $50, which includes tracking. 
• If you place an order during holidays and seasonal sales, please allow 3-4 working days for the order to be processed and shipped.
• We can only guarantee that your order will be shipped on time from our warehouses, we cannot guarantee that the order will be delivered on time as this is the hands of our shipping partners.

 

International Orders: 

We do not currently ship to countries other than the United States.
