Can I cancel my order?
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Can I get a refund if something is wrong with my order?
Within 14 days of receiving the order, you can ask us for:
- A full refund if you don’t receive your order
- A full or partial refund if the item is not as described
- Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disasters).
Can I Exchange or Return my order?
At Happy Child, we strive to provide the best online shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following solutions:
- Damaged/Faulty Goods: If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please take pictures and contact our Customer Care within 7 business days of receiving the order. We will send a new item for you at no additional cost within 18-20 days. Failure to respond or provide the required information within this time will be treated as acceptance of the item in good condition.
- Man-Made Accidents: We are not responsible for mishandling or man-made accidents involving the item you purchased.
- Non-Receipt of order: If you do not receive your order after the guaranteed period of 30 days, please contact our Customer Care within 5 business days. We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping addresses.
